Guardian delivers Recruitment, Training, Skill Assessment and Temp to Perm Placements.

Guardian's plan is to create a Qualified Rehabilitation Facility that recruits, trains, counsels and places workers with disabilities in appropriate jobs that will successfully integrate them into the workforce. Too often workers are not placed in a job that complements their skills, past work history or even interest. It is our job not to "setup" the employee for failure and/or waste the time and money of the company that has requested a worker.

We have a user-friendly computerized skill evaluation for workers with elementary to intermediate computer skills. Once their skill level is determined we provide training using supervised tutorials to strengthen their skill competency in the Microsoft Suite.

No one will be placed in a clerical position without first having this evaluation and comparing it to the needs of the company. Our first priority is making sure our employee can "get the job done." Our process has proven that we know how to ensure proper placements, and more importantly, we have positioned our employee for success, not failure.

For Industrial and Manufacturing assignments we will first make a site visit to determine the actual requirements of the job that needs to be done. By making this visit we will know the exact amount of weight that is to be lifted, the number of repetitions and dexterity required so we will better be able to successfully place the best suited worker.
